Climate Reality Presentation & Discussion with Gary H. White

A slide presentation by Gary White will focus on the various aspects of climate change. It begins with a short review of the science behind the phenomenon followed by a detailed description of the numerous consequences of climate change. Lastly, the talk will offer a framework for understanding the various solutions that need to be employed to address the climate crisis.
The presentation starts at 4:00 p.m., and the discussion starts at 5:00 p.m.
Bio:
Gary H. White is a climate activist in the Bay Area who was trained by former U.S. Vice President, Al Gore and his Climate Reality Project (CRP) in 2015. He has given over 300 climate presentations to thousands of people to date. Currently retired, Mr. White spent nearly 30 years as a Human Resources Executive in the Silicon Valley. In addition to HR, Mr. White was responsibility for Corporate Social Responsibility at his various workplaces. He holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University, a Masters from UC Berkeley, and an Executive Education Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Harvard Business School.
