Sharing our Journey with  Lynnelle T. Bilsey, senior volunteer manager for LifeMoves

We will hold a conversation with Lynnelle T. Bilsey, senior volunteer manager for LifeMoves, during worship service today. Volunteering with LifeMoves is an LCC tradition.

Lynnelle Bilsey is the Senior Volunteer Manager for LifeMoves (formerly InnVision Shelter Network).  Lynnelle began working with Shelter Network in November 2004. She has worked to grow the volunteer program from 500 volunteers to 15,000+ volunteers in San Mateo and Santa Clara County pre-pandemic and has regrown the volunteer program post-pandemic to 12,500 volunteers since 2023. She has also been a leader in the professional community, developing and sharing best practices in volunteer management in the nonprofit field.
