What Would Jesus Say? Or Did Say?

Earth Sunday or Earth Week should be every day, so we are celebrating our connection to the Earth on Sunday, May 4^th. Was Jesus ahead of his time?  You bet! Let’s explore some of the messages Jesus gives in light of our 21^st century dilemma of climate change. There are intriguing ideas and guidance if we just look at some of the parables with our 21^st century lenses. Come on May 4^th and put on new glasses to view our world.

Worship is the heart of our community life. Sunday worship begins at 9:30 a.m. in the sanctuary and online via Zoom and Facebook. All ages are invited. LCC worship is a joyful celebration of God’s presence among us. We find inspiration, renewal, and refreshment through song and silence, prayer, and reflection. We seek to integrate the arts – music, drama, and visual – to enrich the worship experience. Worship continues in the many ways we seek, serve, and grow in the world.

• We serve communion on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome to the table!
