SUMMARY:School Supplies Drive\, July 1-24
DESCRIPTION:Please join us in providing important school supplies for children in the Bay Area. We are once again partnering with Family Giving Tree\, a local non-profit that has been supplying backpacks for local kids in need for over 30 years! \nTo donate\, write a check to Ladera Community Church with “School Supply Drive” in the memo line ($40 fills one student’s backpack with essential school supplies). \nOr\, if you prefer to donate a full backpack or supplies for a backpack\, click here to see the supplies needed for each backpack. Thank you for your generosity! \n\n\nBlue bins will be placed in front of the church office for you to drop off supplies.

SUMMARY:Worship Service
DESCRIPTION:Worship is the heart of our community life. Sunday worship begins at 9:30 a.m. in the sanctuary and online via Zoom and Facebook. All ages are invited. LCC worship is a joyful celebration of God’s presence among us. We find inspiration\, renewal\, and refreshment through song and silence\, prayer\, and reflection. We seek to integrate the arts – music\, drama\, and visual – to enrich the worship experience. Worship continues in the many ways we seek\, serve\, and grow in the world. \n\nWe serve communion on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome to the table!\nOn the second Sunday of each month\, Pastor Jeff has a conversation with someone from our community about their life and faith journey.
