SUMMARY:Worship Service
DESCRIPTION:Worship is the heart of our community life. Sunday worship begins at 9:30 a.m. in the sanctuary and online via Zoom and Facebook. All ages are invited. LCC worship is a joyful celebration of God’s presence among us. We find inspiration\, renewal\, and refreshment through song and silence\, prayer\, and reflection. We seek to integrate the arts – music\, drama\, and visual – to enrich the worship experience. Worship continues in the many ways we seek\, serve\, and grow in the world. \n\nWe serve communion on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome to the table!\nOn the second Sunday of each month\, Pastor Jeff has a conversation with someone from our community about their life and faith journey.

SUMMARY:Wine Tasting- California Chardonnay
DESCRIPTION:Food and wine has gone together for thousands of years. Wine amphora have been found in Herculaneum and other ancient sites around the world.  Both food and wine have been part of everyday life and celebrations – both religious and secular. We are fortunate to have access to a wide variety of wine grown locally and around the world.  Our wine tastings are an opportunity both share fellowship and learn about wine. \nJoin Us!  If you would like to attend\, please bring either a bottle of wine or snacks to share with the group.  Please RSVP to Amy Boward: amy@ladera.org at least a week before the event so we know how many people are coming.  All events are at LCC in the Peabody Hall.
