Each session opens with a Tai Chi prayer\, followed by time to check in\, lighting a candle for our shared concerns and hopes\, and silent meditation. We close in peaceful silence. \nAfter these 30 minutes of connection and quiet\, we will enjoy snacks and conversation in the fellowship hall.  This program will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month—join us whenever you need grounding and community.
