SUMMARY:Skylake Yosemite Family Camp at Bass Lake
DESCRIPTION:Skylake Yosemite Family Camp is a fun family “glamping” experience! Skylake provides each family with a rustic bunk house\, fabulous buffet-style meals\, a private dock on Bass Lake\, and plenty of activities\, including horseback riding and tie-dye\, to keep the whole family busy. The large dining hall\, lakeside porch\, and recreation room are the social center of camp. \nLadera Church families have attended Family Camp Weekend B for years\, and some attend now with multiple generations. Weekend B begins the Thursday evening after the Memorial Day holiday. Talk to any family that goes to Bass Lake and they’ll tell you why you should come! DESCRIPTION:Join neighbors and friends for the 4th Annual Ladera LGBTQ+ Pride and Juneteenth celebration starting from the T-intersection of La Mesa Drive and La Cuesta at 11:00 on Saturday\, June 22nd.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLadera’s Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion (DEI) team is planning another family-friendly celebration after the parade with music\, a food truck\, costumes\, and great fun\, held on the patio at Ladera Community Church beginning around 11:45.  Special music on the patio will be provided by Laderan Steve Goodman and we’re equally pleased that Peter Caryotakis has offered to host board games in Peabody Hall.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAn invitation to volunteers:  please contact Peter Sass if you would like to march in the parade or help with the post-parade celebration.  In addition to the concert\, we’d like to have a table with information about LCC\, an ice cream stand\, a Photo Booth\, and other attractions.  If you’re able to work at any of these\, or can help with set up or clean up\, please write to peter.sass@gmail.com and copy ketzal@ladera.org.
